Re-Animator: the Camper Frankenstein 

Have you ever wanted a retelling of Frankenstein without the child abandonment? Well now you can with the 1985 sci-fi/Horror classic Re-Animator, a loose film adaptation of the original H.P Lovecraft serial novelette “Herbert West–Reanimator” with a Rotten Tomatoes score of 94%. It should be an unforgettable movie experience. 

The film follows a nursing student by the name of Dan Cain (Bruce Abbott) and his fiance and fellow nursing student, daughter of the college dean Megan Halsey (Barbra Crampton). Meeting an eccentric new exchange student from Switzerland named Herbert West (Jeffrey Combs), who, using his brilliance, created the re-agent, a green glowing liquid that can bring a person or animal (RiP Rufus) back from the brink of death.
