Ms. Nanry: Teacher of the Year 2021-2022

Rosebud Nanry has been named Teacher of the Year for 2021-2022. 

She was born and raised in New York. She moved to Georgia to pursue her career as an English teacher.  Nanry is in her 10th year as teacher here in LGHS, teaching 9th grade Literature and Composition, British Literature and Honors British Literature. She has earned many degrees including a Bachelors in Psychology, Paralegal Certification, Masters in Education and a Specialist in Instructional Technology. 

Through Nanry’s hard work and sacrifice for her teaching profession, she has truly made an impact on the student’s lives and the community. She has inspired, respected and served as a role model for these students to get where they needed to be.
